Shipping Method

We ship our products via Japan Post(EMS and International ePacket).

Due to the spread of COVID- 19, we have been experiencing significant delays and suspensions in delivery using Japan Post. The situation is slowly recovering, but we still cannot predict the delivery time. Considering the situation, we added the shipping option of DHL Express, which offers fast and reliable delivery services.

– Deliver in 2- 5 business days to major countries and regions

– 220 countries and territories worldwide

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. The weight includes packages. Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the checkout page.

 

DHL charges a Remote Area surcharge to deliver to some addresses. If the recipient’s address is in the area, we will contact the customer to ask for the additional payment or propose an alternative shipping option.

Due to the spread of COVID- 19, the available shipping methods and rates are constantly changing. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low and safe as possible. If you have any request about the shipping method, please let us know.

 

 

Estimate Delivery time

EMS

2 to 7 days* to most of the major countries and regions.

International ePacket

Approximately 7 to 12 days. The delivery time (required number of days) depends on the postal service of your country’s delivery companies.

DHL Express

 2 to 6 days to most of the major countries and regions.

Handling Time

Handling time is currently within 5 days (excluding weekends), but can sometimes be longer if we are temporarily out of stock or we are on a tea trip. We will promptly inform you if there is a delay. If you haven’t received any updates about your order in 5 days, please reach out to us for an update.

Related Fees Excluded From The Shipping Fees

The following fees are NOT included in the shipping fee. The recipients of the packages have the responsibility to pay them.

Those fees and procedures differ from each country. We have no control over taxation and cannot predict their amount or their particular application. Please contact the customs office in your country for more information.

Please note that some local carriers might charge additional fees when perceiving VAT and customs duty, such as brokerage fees. We kindly ask for your understanding.

– Import duties, taxes on value- added, consumption taxes, import tariffs, or any other taxes

– Charges for custody in the recipient’s country

– Cost for redelivery

– Taxes at the time of receipt from the bonded area

Delivery in DHL:

Suppose duties or taxes are applied to the packages, DHL pays the customs authority on recipients’ behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the packages to ensure the DHL courier can deliver the package in the shortest possible time after entering the recipients or customs union. Handling fees will apply to this service.

Once the duties, taxes, and handling fees are fully repaid to DHL, the packages will be delivered to the recipients.

What is payable, if anything, depends on where the packages are sent from, the type of packages, their transactional value, and the weight of the package.

 

International RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

If you received a defective item, a wrong item, or a damaged item, please contact us with details of the product and the clear photos within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will process exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Once you receive the item you ordered, Please check the condition carefully. For exchanges, returns, or refunds, the item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
