1.Sencha Sofu
Sofu is a rare tea cultivar which has a unique aroma like jasmine.
Tea leaves of this Sofu grew on a steep tea plantation at 350 meters/1,150 ft. above sea level, where a sea of clouds spreads out below. Jiro Katahira, a young and passionate tea farmer, carefully made this beautiful tea using small, old-fashioned machines.

2.Fukamushicha Tsuyuhikari
This is a full-bodied tea with a bright emerald green color, a low bitterness, and a sweet flavor. The tea leaves for this tea grew in the Makinohara plateau, the birthplace of Fukamushicha.

3.Fukamushicha Hojicha
Received Jury's Special Award at Nihoncha Award 2019
This roasted Fukamushicha has a thicker texture and more umami, savory sweetness than the other two.
Murata-san from Kanaya, a well-known producing area of Fukamushicha, started making this unique Hojicha in 2019. In the same year, this tea received an award in Nihoncha Award.
