This premium tea tasting set is the combination of two tasting sets: -Oolong and Black 2 and Japan 3.

It consists of 3 green teas, 1 oolong tea, and 1 black tea. They are all single-origin teas and created by the award-winning tea producers in Shizuoka.

1.Sencha Sofu

Sofu is a rare tea cultivar which has a unique aroma like jasmine.

 Tea leaves of this Sofu grew on a steep tea plantation at 350 meters/1,150 ft.  above sea level, where a sea of clouds spreads out below. Jiro Katahira, a young and passionate tea farmer, carefully made this beautiful tea using small, old-fashioned machines.

2.Fukamushicha Tsuyuhikari 

Received Jury's Special Award at Nihoncha Award 2019 

This is a full-bodied tea with a bright emerald green color, a low bitterness, and a sweet flavor. The tea leaves for this tea are grown in Makinohara Plateau, the birthplace of Fukamushicha.

3.Fukamushi Hojicha

Received the Jury's Special Award at the Nihoncha Award 2019 

This roasted Fukamushicha has a thicker texture and more umami, savory sweetness than the other two.

Murata-san from Kanaya, a well-known producing area of Fukamushicha, started making this unique Hojicha in 2019. In the same year, this tea received the award.

4.Oolong tea Harumeguri

Kazuaki and his father are well-known experts of green tea and oolong tea as they have received  many awards at the national tea completions. They made this tea with a fruity aroma

by tea processing machines imported from Taiwan.

5.Wakocha(Japanese black tea) Benifuki -Momoka Premium 2nd flush

Received Fine Product Award at Nihoncha Award 2019


Medium-bodied, and has a fruity note to it. The Momoka Premium also has a slight honey-like scent, which is produced when some of the leaves are bitten by small insects. It took Imura-san more than 10 years of trial and error to make this unique tea.
