Economy Airmail Options (Small Packet / ePacket Light)

For customers seeking a more affordable option, Japan Post offers Small Packet and ePacket Light services to some countries.

While we generally recommend DHL or EMS for speed and reliability, feel free to ask about availability if you’re interested.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order (including packaging) and destination. For DHL, additional remote area fees may apply. We’ll contact you if any extra charges are expected. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Related Fees Not Included in Shipping

The following are not included in the shipping fee and may be charged upon delivery. These vary by country and region, and they are the buyer’s responsibility:

  • Import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees
  • Local taxes or delivery fees
  • DHL customs handling fee
  • Redelivery costs
  • Other charges imposed in the destination country

We cannot undervalue packages or mark them as “gifts” due to legal restrictions. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

DHL Customs Handling Fee

If duties, VAT, or other import taxes apply, DHL may process and advance these payments on your behalf to complete customs clearance smoothly.

In such cases, a DHL customs handling fee may be charged for this service. This fee is determined by DHL and is paid directly to DHL by the recipient upon delivery. Please note that this fee may also apply even when duties and taxes are zero, depending on how the shipment is processed by customs. The amount varies by country and shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
